Irish Open 2016
The third annual edition of the Irish Open took place on Saturday 24th September in the Addison Lodge, Dublin.
30 quizzers took part, and in a closely fought battle Mark Henry emerged triumphant to take the title for the first time, seeing off past winners Lorcan Duff & Dave McBryan, and a strong challenge from British quizzers Anne Hegerty and Rob Sutherland. See below for scores and more photos.
We were also delighted to have 105 people taking part in satellite venues around the world, with the top score achieved by Dorjana Širola in Croatia. Here are the international scores.
Many thanks to John Groarke for compiling and compering the Irish Open, and to Dan O'Malley for writing and hosting the fun team quiz.
